FAQ

A few useful details before you get started.

How do I install SNAG?

Download the current installer from the SNAG website, run it on Windows, and open SNAG from the Start menu. The desktop app keeps downloads in the folder you choose.

What can I do with Free access?

Free access is for individual downloads and includes the current daily allowance shown in your account. Multiple links, playlists, channel imports, and premium quality require paid access.

How does the one-device rule work?

Each paid license can have one active desktop installation at a time. Deactivate the current installation from License & Access before activating another device.

How do I renew Monthly or Annual access?

Renewal is manual. Open License & Access, choose Renew license, complete the payment steps, and wait for the payment review to finish. SNAG does not automatically renew Monthly or Annual access.

What happens after I submit payment proof?

Your payment remains under review until an Admin checks it. Keep your order reference available. A rejected payment does not activate a license; an approved purchase sends the available license information to the account email.

Why did a download fail?

Check that the source is available to you, retry the download, and confirm that your output folder is writable. If the problem continues, contact support with the source site, the visible error message, and the SNAG engine version. Do not send passwords, cookies, or license keys.

Which downloads are supported?

SNAG is designed for supported public video and audio pages. Availability can vary by site, region, media format, account access, and upstream extractor changes. The app reports a safe error when a source cannot be processed.

How do I verify my account or reset my password?

Use the verification link sent after registration. If it expires, request another verification email. For a forgotten password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the reset link sent to your account email.
